नेपाल टेलिकममा कार्यरत समस्त कर्मचारीहरुको सामाजिक, आर्थिक र बौद्धिक विकास गरी उच्च मनोबल स्थापित गराई कम्पनीको सर्वोपरि विकास एवं कर्मचारी कल्याण र एकतामा ठोस सहयोग पुगोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले स्थापित नेपाल टेलिकम वर्कर्स युनियन (NTCWU) एक प्रजातान्त्रिक ट्रेड युनियन हो । नेपाल टेलिकम वर्कर्स युनियन (NTCWU) दूरसञ्चार संस्थान प्रेसर ग्रुपकाे नाममा वि.सं. २०४८ श्रावण ६ गते काठमाण्डौंमा गठन भएको थियो । सोही स्थापना दिनको अवसर पारेर NTCWU ले हरेक वर्ष श्रावण ६ गते आफ्नाे वार्षिकोत्सव मनाउँदै आइरहेको छ ।
